Newformation is a non-profit organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio, founded in 2016 by Dr. Susan and Edward Anuforo. Our mission is rooted in a deep commitment to community service, education, and empowerment.

Edward Anuforo
CO-FOUNDER • SCIENTIST
Edward brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and personal development coaching to Newformation. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Cincinnati and certification as a life coach, he has dedicated his career to understanding human potential.
His scientific background provides a methodical, evidence-based approach to personal growth, while his coaching certification allows him to connect with individuals on a deeply personal level, guiding them toward meaningful transformation.
Dr. Susan Anuforo
CO-FOUNDER • EDUCATOR
Dr. Susan Anuforo is a life-long educator with an impressive track record in both teaching and business leadership. Her extensive experience includes:
- Teaching at both high school and university levels, shaping young minds across multiple educational settings.
- Operating a Learning Center in inner-city Cincinnati with daycare, before and after school programs, summer enrichment, and extended hours (7:00 a.m. to midnight) to serve working families.
- Owner of a commercial cleaning franchise established in 1996, demonstrating sustainable business acumen.
Dr. Anuforo's dual success as both an educator and business owner demonstrates her commitment to serving the community while maintaining sustainable, impactful operations.
