501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization — Rehabilitation Through Soul Healing

Our Philosophy

When the Soul is healed, Life improves.

THE CRISIS

The Crisis is Real

Cincinnati's homeless population is significant and growing, with recent estimates in 2024 showing over 6,000 people experiencing homelessness, including a concerning rise in unsheltered individuals and homeless students.

Stagnant low wages, rising rent, and high cost of living (inflation) are all contributing factors to the homelessness crisis. In late 2025, over 4,300 students in Cincinnati Public Schools faced housing instability.

People are truly hurting. The need is great. People have been marginalized and disenfranchised.

"The greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."

This philosophy emphasizes resilience and perseverance—the foundation of everything we do at Newformation.

OUR COMMITMENT

Walking Together

We believe that life was not meant to be lived alone. This means:

We are to walk alongside other people through the various seasons of life.

We should never abandon people when life gets hard.

This is why our non-profit organization, Newformation, designs and recommends an individualized pathway the client will follow to enable them to get themselves back on track.

OUR PATHWAY

The Four Rs

We design and recommend an individualized pathway for each client to follow.

01

Rehabilitate

Helping individuals recover physically, emotionally, and spiritually from the challenges they've faced.

02

Restore

Rebuilding confidence, dignity, and hope as individuals reclaim their lives and their futures.

03

Redirect

Guiding people toward new paths and positive life choices through intentional support and resources.

04

Retrain

Equipping individuals with practical skills and knowledge to secure employment and achieve independence.

GET BACK ON TRACK

Rebuilding Lives with Hope

Through our individualized pathways, we empower each person to rehabilitate, restore, redirect, and retrain—ultimately helping them get themselves back on track toward a stable, fulfilling life.

This is not just about housing. It's about wholeness. It's about restoration. It's about hope.
